What are the spacial ingredients that enable a sustainable, affordable and thriving Living Village?

When people talk about what is great about living in a Village, the most common words used to describe this experience are community, relationships and safety. This proposal does not take these three words from granted.
The design celebrates existing place assets, transforms the site into a network of shared spaces and creates comfortable and sustainable homes for diverse and growing communities.
The project carefully integrates urban, architectural, sustainability, landscape, and cost-effective design strategies to enable the homely feeling that villages evoke.
